  • To maintain a serene, spa-like atmosphere and ensure the safety of everyone in the salon, we aim to provide a focused, one-on-one experience for our clients. We kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone.

    Please note that CSH does not offer on-location or mobile services; all appointments are conducted within our professional salon facility. We do not travel for weddings, events, or private home sessions.

  • We prioritize your hair’s health above all else! A separate consultation allows us to perform necessary strand tests and create a customized chemical plan, ensuring perfect results the day of your service.

    The consultation fee is independent of the service fee. Please note, your 25% deposit to secure the color service is due at the consultation appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule the color appointment, please do so 10 days before the color appointment is scheduled.

  • To reserve your dedicated time in the chair, a 25% deposit is required for all bookings. This deposit is your commitment to your hair health journey and allows us to prepare specifically for your arrival.

  • We love planning ahead! For appointments scheduled internally, our secure system will automatically process your 25% deposit on the Sunday prior to your appointment. This ensures your preferred date and time are locked in without you having to manually re-enter your details.

  • For your convenience and security, CSH is a cashless salon. All remaining balances are collected at the conclusion of your service using the card securely saved in our Phorest system. It’s a seamless, "check-out-free" experience so you can leave the salon focused on your new look

  • CSH is proud to be a non-tipping salon. Our professional rates are carefully set to reflect the full value of our expertise, premium products, and the dedicated time we spend with you. We believe in transparent pricing, so the price you see is the price you pay—no math or guesswork required!

  • We understand that life happens! Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment. In the rare event that the salon or your artist needs to cancel, your deposit will, of course, be returned to you in full.

  • We value your time and reserve a large block of our day specifically for you. To keep our schedule running smoothly for all guests, we require 48 hours' notice for any changes.

    Late Cancellations: Failure to provide 48-hour notice may result in an automatic 50% charge of the total service cost.

  • We know that traffic and life can be unpredictable! To keep our day running smoothly for everyone, we offer a 20-minute grace period. If you arrive within this window, we will dive straight into your service to make the most of our remaining time together.

    To ensure that every guest receives my undivided attention and a prompt start, we cannot allow appointments to overlap. If you arrive more than 20 minutes past your start time, we will need to reschedule your visit. Because that time block was reserved exclusively for you and cannot be filled at the last minute, standard late-cancellation fees will apply.

  • We want CSH to be your retreat! You are more than welcome to use your digital devices during your visit. We simply ask that you use AirPods or headphones for any audio, videos, or calls. This helps us maintain a enjoyable environment for all guests to enjoy.

  • We believe in options that fit your goals! Our stylists are tiered into different levels based on their years of experience and specialized expertise. This allows you to choose a professional whose price point and skill set align perfectly with your specific hair journey and budget.

  • We’ve removed the guesswork from color pricing using Spectra Color Intelligence. This precision technology measures the exact grams of product used during your specific service. Since every head of hair is unique, this ensures you are billed accurately based on your hair's length, thickness, and density—you only pay for exactly what is used on your hair.

  • While we provide estimates, your hair’s health and needs can sometimes change between your consultation and your visit. Your stylist may adjust the service based on an in-person assessment of what your hair requires that day. We promise to communicate any adjustments clearly before we begin, ensuring we always respect both your hair goals and your budget.

  • We love celebrating our transformations! With your permission, we may capture photographs or videos of your hair to share on our social media platforms (like Instagram and TikTok), marketing materials, or our professional website. It’s our favorite way to showcase our artistry and inspire others. We always respect your privacy—if you prefer not to be featured, just let us know during your visit and we will happily honor your request.

We promise to keep your inbox curated and meaningful, but you are always free to opt out of these communications at any time with a single click.

  • Your satisfaction is our highest priority! We strive for excellence in every appointment, but if your results feel a little "off" or didn't quite meet your expectations, we want to know immediately. This "grace period" allows us to prioritize a professional resolution or a corrective service for you right away.
